When we came to design our range of Eco Seatz we wanted to have a modern design that not only looked good but was comfortable, safe, strong and sturdy enough to cope with the rough and tumble a child's seat will have. We also have a strong belief that we need to look after our childrens future as well. This led us to design a tubular structure made entirely from recycled materials to give us an eco seat.

The tube is cut to shape and then handpainted to give a clean hard wearing contemporary finish. The seat upholstery is made from 85% pure wool, which we have used as it offers; great comfort, durability, easy cleaning, good environmental credentials and has fire retardant properties. Even the chipboard seat support is FSC certificated for sustainable forestry management.

• The seatz are strong and durable, able to handle everyday knocks
• They have a hard wearing paint finish that means they can be easily cleaned
• The seat fabric is tested to educational environment standards
• The seat fabric is fire retardent (BS EN 1021 1 & 2)
• THe foam is fire retardent (BS 5852 Part 2)
• This gives a strong structure with cushioned comfort
• Specially selected range of vibrant colours
• the unique shape provides a sturdy safe seat that reduces the chances of tipping and falling
